"Didn’t had breakfast"

"Stayed here to see a ball game. Stadium was only a short walk away, and a very nice walk too. Right through old town. The place was in the middle of a remodel and there was some moments of extreme noise but for the most part they kept the presence of construction to a minimum. The hot tub nice. The pool was a little too cold for my liking. The breakfast bar only consisted of muffins, bagels, croissants, coffee and tea. The staff was super friendly and for that I would gladly return. "

"I stayed in a pet room, so maybe that contributed to the quality. Those are on the ground floor only. A little scary with the amount of transient people around. They did have security though. The room overall smelt bad, the furniture was damaged, wheels missing from office chair, and only one side table had outlets. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the property was quiet at night."

"The staff was very nice! I had trouble with my flight & they were able to help me. The parking is super tight, I don’t think it’s legal to have parking spots so tight. There aren’t really my amenities, only breakfast. The rooms are cute & they were clean. There was a guest yelling at the front desk attendant and although the lady wasn’t cursing, she was very confrontational and uncooperative, and making herself out to be the victim. Other guests who were sleep deprived after flights were shaken...

"I have been stayed in this hotel many times. The room is clean, the location is very good, convenient and safe. I found there is short of staff when I check in this time, waiting for 30 minutes. the breakfast is quite good. there are plenty of free parking space."

"For some reason after 34 hours, I have not received my deposit back. It was when I checked out that I normally got my deposit back instantly. I mean I didn't even make back to the parking lot to my back fast enough. My deposit would hit my account instantly. I also notice on this stay there were extra charges on my card. $55 here another $65 and another $55 all around 3&4 am. I what's taking my deposit so long all of a sudden?"
