"False advertising. They are using photos from the previous franchise owners. The hotel name is now changed and run down. Don't eat the free breakfast. They only have toast and waffles that they have a staff member make for you. He handed me a waffle that was still half batter half cooked. I threw it away. That is now a depressed property."

"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great value for the price. If you are in town and need a place to rest for a few days , you have a winner here. The rooms are clean, the towels are clean as well. The location is amazing, giant mall within walking distance."

"The room had roaches and bedbugs. The lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude, didn’t want to refund my security deposit, even though I showed her pictures, and one of the workers saw the bedbugs on the bugs. This hotel needs to be shut down and I would never stay there again."

"Perfect airport location and incredibly quiet. Staff was lovel and breakfast was great. TY!"

"Check in was less than desirable, the two girls at the desk literally argued as to whether or not we could check in early and if we owed a fee for checking in early. We decided to take a ground floor. The back of the hotel was a mess and that’s where our room was. Leaves and garbage were everywhere and had been there for a while. "Good location, clean rooms and comfortable beds. We accidentally left our Kindle in the room at check out. The housekeeping staff returned it to the front desk. The front desk emailed me to let me know it was there. Extremely pleased to have it returned. Will stay at this hotel again."

"Horrible horrible room with bright light from the parking lot like a spot light on my face all night and NO BLACKOUT SHADES. come on how much does a curtain cost. So gross. DO NOT STAY HERE."
