"The only 2 things I didn’t care for was the light coming in thru the window on the front door side. And the tv cable didn’t work. Both completely minor things compared to the beautiful view from the balcony. Everyone was soooo friendly that worked there. Will stay again!"

"Overall, this was a very good property. I enjoyed the ease of check-in and check-out. Bed and pillows were super soft and comfortable! Air condition worked very well. Bathroom tub leaked 24/7, and was slightly dirty. Attempted to get coffee in the morning before check-out and the coffee machine was overflowing and the staff was working on cleaning it out. The issue was that they didn’t acknowledge that I was there waiting or even speak. "

"The hotel pictures matched real life- the balcony was amazing - the view and the sound of the river! The fire pit on the patio was a great feature. My sons enjoyed the pool, gym and foosball table! Great location - we kept our car parked at the hotel and just walked into the main area of Gatlinburg. "

"Conveniently located. Next door hotel has a nice Italian restaurant name Mountain trail grill and pizza. There is a stop for free trolly at the hotel. "

"Initially our sliding glass door would not close without lifting it into the track. The attendant changed us to another room with no issues. Our family loves the pool and hot tub amenities. All were a perfect temperature. "
