"Super stay, extremely comfortable room and delicious breakfast."

"Overall the room was pretty clean however there were no hot water or heating in the room, I did complain about this but nothing was done. Plenty of parking available."

"Decent on paper, disappointing in reality. The room looked fine in the photos but fell short in person. We were on the ground floor and arrived to a strong smell of cigarettes - the throw blanket had a burn hole in it, suggesting a previous guest had smoked despite the advertised £100 fine. But I didn't realise and was expecting a message via WhatsApp or text etc. Tried to call the number on the door and also the other number I had, but couldn't get a reply. Then I found the email, with all the information...

"I booked what was advertised as a hotel-standard studio, but when I arrived, I was told my room was not ready and was asked to wait outside in the cold for over an hour. Eventually, I was placed in a different building in a student accommodation tower, not the studio I booked. The room was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. There was no toilet paper or towels, forcing me to go to a shop just to use the bathroom, and I couldn’t shower because...
