"Horrible"

"Thank you for our stay with yourself, it’s been a great experience"

"Nothing stood out as good. I was initially in room 3. There was not even a coat hook. I had nowhere to hang my shirts. There was also no bedside lamp and no lightswitch within reach of the bed. The shower had no bracket so was not self supporting. When I complained about this they did relocate me to Room 2 which had a functioning shower and did have a hanging rail. In both rooms, the amount of noise from the plumbing was very intrusive. I was woken at 4am by the very loud sounds of...

"Never I have I booked a hotel that doesn't have breakfast available, no staff even on duty until midday. We had to walk nearly 2 miles to a local shop just to buy breakfast things. "Kamers zijn echt vreselijk, slecht onderhouden alles zit los en is stoffig en beschimmeld. Blij dat ik maar 1 nachtje ben verbleven. Ontbijt was help jezelf maar echt niet een ontbijt waardig."

"Room was clean but very basic. Mattresses could do with being replaced as very worn. Air conditioning not working, replaced with a fan. Doesn't appear to have had any money spent on it since being an immigration hotel."

"Great country space. Loved the location but would suggest trying to get there before dark to make it easier to find. Comfortable bed, quiet location, great access to walking trails and not too far into the town. Easy commute to Oxford, either park and ride or bus. Great facilities in the cottage."
