"The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and pot. The outdoor pool was closed and we couldn’t even sit outside by the pool on a nice day because the staff said we weren’t allowed to due to state regulations. The gym had one treadmill and it was out of order and almost half of the free weights were missing. Intended on working out while we were there but not possible. The ice machine on the fifth floor where we were staying was also out of order. On a positive note, the hotel is in a great location...

Rooms numbered in odd and even along building no clear direction , no ice machines , no blankets on beds . To top it off smoke detectors on campus went off at 549am then off about 10min later . No announcements or communication from desk.Went to check out at 7am met another guest in the lobby making coffee and he stated that...

"I’ve never stayed in a RRI before and will never again. Was way overcharged due to high demand for graduations. Bare bones accommodations. Shower water pressure poor, everything to do with the bed was not much better than a cot, and the place smelled. Asked for two more pillows and was told that I could have one.
