"I stayed at this property for a couple of weeks.
Positives:
Housekeeping and the Central Studios team for enquiries were very helpful.
Very close amenities nearby,: convenience stores, a fish and chip shop, an Indian and Chinese restaurant as well as a pharmacy.
Rooms are a good size.
Negatives:
The rooms looked tired and need redecorating. Carpets dirty.
The single room I moved into at the beginning didn’t look like housekeeping had properly cleaned it.

"Loved the position of the rooms, overlooking the hills. No stairs. Large facilities. Offload parking, no charge. Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble Ate at the pub, good selection of pub food and drinks. Would have liked complimentary shower gel."
"My husband stayed at Deangate Motel due to working locally. The motel was clean staff helpful in that they let him keep the same room when he extended his stay due to not finishing his work on time. The room he was in he could see his work van clearly and the carpark was super safe as it joined the police station carpark so gave him peace of mind .will stay again as a couple so we can explore the area locally which is walking distance to Lydney. Beautiful countryside for walking."
"Wasn’t aware we had to check in by a certain time. An email was sent half an hour beforehand considering the location and reason we were visiting the area this could easily have been missed"
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful and Memorable Stay
We had such a lovely stay at the Radcliffe Guest House in Ross-on-Wye and genuinely could not have asked for a warmer welcome.
From the moment we arrived, Geoff and Kim were incredibly friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. Geoff kindly helped us carry our luggage to our room when we checked in, which was such a lovely personal touch. He then spent time chatting with us and sharing lots of useful local knowledge, recommending places to visit, things to see and...
"Lovely simple hut with electricity. Bathroom with shower, toilet & sink. Also another toilet in a separate room. Kitchen was very basic, but functional for simple food. Hosts were lovely."
"I stayed in the merlin yurt which was nice and clean, comfy bed and duvet. I enjoyed the log burner as it was a novelty to me. The kitchen was basic but had everything you could need. Shop and pub 5 minute walk away. There are 3 shower/toilet combos with a great shower. A washing up area with a fridge freezer. Cleaning product was provided. No complaints at all "
"Dragons Nest needed a deep clean from top to bottom.
I had to clean the bath myself before I could use it. Cutlery/crockery was dirty and had to be cleaned before use. Cobwebs were everywhere with dead and alive spiders. Black mould around shower tray plus to either side of the toilet. Tiles in bathroom hadn't been cleaned in months as bathroom floor. Tall lamp was the same as other lamps were dusty. Table had crumbs left on it so did kitchen worktops. Drawers to kitchen were filthy inside....
"Shepherd's Lodge was near to upton upon seven. A lovely village with lots of quaint shops selling handmade items. Pentley of places to eat and drink."
