"First, it is rude to speak another language with your coworkers when serving customers (I believe it was an Indian dialect). I speak Spanish and prefer to talk in private. The room was covered in mold, including the walls, ceiling, fridge, bathroom, and lamps. Also, the ceiling has water damage, which is causing the paint to peel. The bed sheets were worn out and needed to be replaced; the microwave wasn't working; and the fridge had a bad smell and wasn't cooling properly."

"There is no sign in rooms that you will be changed for water . No one at front desk notified us about that too , why put water on table if you gonna charge 6$ for it !!! Without telling us . We didn’t find out till we checked out that we going to be charged . Also to go to pool you have to go to front desk to ask for a pool towels and when you are across the whole hotel ."
