"Friendly staff"

"Overall a good 3 day stay. The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. Felt safe in all areas we were in. Staff was very helpful, and nice."

"Friendly and helpful front desk staff and housekeeping. 2nd booking in a few months while visiting Fort Moore."

"Found a condom wrapper and use condom in the first room"

"The staff was very helpful. The place was very clean. My bed was comfortable and we had a sink in the room. It was very quiet. Thank you."

"I had a great stay at this hotel! The room comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly. Overall, a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The front desk staff was very helpful when I could not find the hotel because Google Maps was leading me to the wrong location. She was also very helpful with getting us checked in. "El cuarto estaba terriblemente en mal estado!!! La puerta del baño estaba caída, la bañera esta super sucia!! Y olía felicitado mal, no volvere!!!"

"All was good"

"the quietist place we have stayed at in a very long time. air condition fine, bathroom very clean, to me the hotel just need a little updating. Other then that it was just fine"

"Excellent location on Broadway for easy access to the Riverwalk, restaurants, Springer Opera House and RiverCenter. It’s a great place to stay if you are visiting your child at CSU and they are staying in the area, or if you are just wanting to visit all there is to do in Columbus!"

"Upon arrival at the property it took about 10 mins or more for us to be greeted at the front desk. Then, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned whatsoever. We reported it and then were given a new room which was better than the last as far as the bed being made, but that was about it. The bathroom lights didn’t work, the hallways smelt strongly of what I assume was animal urine from the sighting of dogs present in the hotel, and there was also roaches present in our room."

"MOLD AND MILDEW. YOU WERE WARNED. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR."
