"Room was well maintained and the location was extremely convenient as well being that it was directly across from the convention center which was a plus."

"Clean room and good area with lots to do."

"Staff went above and beyond! Rooms were pleasant and beds were great."

"very clean"

"Great stay. No complaints. Lanna at front desk was awesome. Would stay again."

"I felt extremely unsafe at this hotel. As a female solo traveler, there were several alarming things. The main issue I had is that to get to the rooms you had to use an exterior elevator located under a parking structure. There were constantly people hanging around by the elevator and I saw a homeless person going through the trash. Most concerning was I had a guest try to follow me to my room. If I hadn’t been so aware of my surroundings and caught onto what was happening, Im not sure what...

"Very basic. Cleaned up older property. Other guests going up and down the stairs shook the wall and the beds while we were sleeping."

"Staff was so nice and helpful and everything was clean felt very comfortable staying there."

"No. Don't. Unless you want to leave with a strong cigarette stench clinging to all your clothes (despite their no smoking rule) and a possible toe fungus from the mold growing in the shower. The ground floor rooms had easily accessible windows for intruders and difficult locks to shut. I did not feel safe as a woman traveling alone. Also, if you are a light sleeper, there will be no sleeping with the extremely loud heater/air conditioner and fridge. Two thumbs down!"

"We stay there quite often. We’ve been pretty happy so far plus being pet friendly is a huge plus."

"The bathroom was honestly pretty gross. I didn’t expect too much because I definitely chose a budget hotel, so because of that I still gave a few stars… But I am surprised the reviews were so good for this place still.. I for sure won’t be back. I don’t leave bad reviews often, but let’s just say if my kids had joined me on this trip I wouldn’t have let them go in the bathroom. Made me nervous about the rest of the room!"

"Good service n good brrakfast"
