"Clean room"

"The staff was great nice and clean very nice place would definitely stay again"

"We were not given the right type of room. Different from search to reservation to actual room. Promotes fireplaces in the photos, but not in all rooms. The room looked clean, but it did not look well maintained. Certainly not “romantic” as the room name or photos promoted. The photos in Expedia were MUCH nicer than the real room. They were not helpful to get a refund. Very poor service. Not thrilled with Expedia in using our cancelation insurance either. Up to use to fight with the insurance...

"Room was clean. Bathroom ridiculously small. Toilet whined loudly every time it was flushed. Chain broke in the toilet so it could not flush, no staff available to help. "Breakfast included" on Expedia description is actually a granola bar and coffee - I could have and would have stayed at a cheaper place had I known.parking area set up is terrible and likely to cause injury or accident."

"Clean, great staff"

"Reasonably nice room at a fair price."

"The only thing we noticed was the floor needs a good scrubbing. It looked clean but when we wiped up some water on the bathroom floor the towel was very dirty and the bottoms of my wife’s feet were black from walking around on the floor barefoot."

"Really old. But cheap. You get what you pay for bed was ridiculously small bathroom also small but the character of the place was above average. The electric heater worked well. It worked for two nights, but I would not go back."
