"I stayed here in 2025 and I must say that I saw a huge improvement across the board at Hostel 165. It seems like some renovations may have been done. The staff were quite attentive and regularly cleaned the bathrooms, restocking toilet paper etc. There’s no longer a stove in the kitchen so there’s a lot less activity in a small area. The fridges are still overflowing and need to be cleaned down. Overall, I do recommend that Hostel 165 is a good option when staying in this area of Madrid."

"Muy buena ubicación excelente servicio Muy limpio"

"Staff was helpful."

"The room is small and tight. But reasonable for few days of staying!"

"This is the second time that we have booked Central House for my son and he’s had a great stay each time. He was quite happy with the breakfast as well."

"A cheap and cheerful place to stay. Great location. However was often noisy during the night. Great for a quick basic visit."

"Quartos com bastante pessoas é complicado, muito barulho e muito quente. Sorte q foi só pra dormir mesmo."

"Chambre minuscule et bruyante. Aucune insonorisation. Salle de bain minuscule. Consigne payante. Lumières trop puissante. Travaux"
