The location is perfect if you want to get the true feel of a Madrilleno lifestyle. There are many food options and everything was within walking distance. The only drawback was on our last night, a Friday, the street was very busy and loud until 3/4 AM. Other than that, a perfect stay .

Excellent location, away from the hustle and noise but walkable to puerta del sol, plaza mayor & metros. Uber dropped us at the fromt of the property. There are restaurants, stores and small groceries nearby. Easy to communicate with the owner/s via whatsapp. I also like the push button access code to the apt, no worries with losing the house key! The neighborhood is safe. It was a comfortable stay and highly recommended.

Great property and feels local (cause it isn't a traditional hotel). The staff is very available in an office on the first level and makes check-in very easy with providing code, etc. There is a lot of shopping and dining on the street and even more within walking distance. The property is hard to get to via car, but this can be considered a good thing!

It was centrally located. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities. Check in was so easy and good communication with Domi. It was located in the Bario de Las Letras. Great place if you want to be where all the restaurants, bars and clubs are. Would definitely go back. 5 stars for sure.

The apartment is lovely. Very spacious, charming, comfortable and in perfect state. We loved the balcony overlooking the street, and how lovely the neighbourhood was. The location is fantastic. We were just very unlucky, because there were issues with the hot water. On the first day, there wasn't any, and the rest of the time, we only got lukewarm water in the shower. They offered a meal as compensation, which we declined (no further communication from the owners after that). We'd prefer a resolution to the problem.
