"Small but perfectly formed. 24 hr reception. Nice coffee shop. Mostly friendly staff. In the centre of fuengirola near bus and train stations. Small lift serving the 4 floors. Rooms basic. No english tv channels. Complicated wifi !! But all in all value for the £40 per night i paid but wouldnt pay any more. "

"I've stayed here before without any issues. Unfortunately that wasn't the case for my last visit. The hotel states that the reception closes at midnight - if you're going to be later to contact them for the code to get the keys. This has worked well for me in the past when I've had a late flight . On this occasion my flight arrived at Malaga about 7.45pm so I knew I would make it to reception with plenty of time. "The property was safe as I was a woman traveling solo. Great coffee shop below and beautiful view of the beach. The down side to the property was it was very load. I could hear people talking on either apartment next to me, street noise was awful! The beautiful patio doors needed to be closed due to excessive noise. The one bath towel left for me to use was thin and had whole in it. I bought face cloth to use and house cleaning took it. Nice in general."

"It was a very nice and covenient place to stay, but too noisy at night, there was a loud noise coming from the building very wird pipe noise it would go on and off. If you're a heavy sleeper or don't mind the noise it's a good place. Very conveniently located, close to all the shops and nice place to stay. The staff was great, very friendly Mr. Rafael. Even gave us something to snack on."

"Receptionist was unnecessarily difficult and rude. Kept wandering off and telling me to book in online but the online booking is not very user friendly. Rooms are very basic but you get what you pay for. I had booked a double with its own private bathroom. But only got a twin with shared bathroom. A/c room heating didn’t work, just looked like the box was installed in the room but not plumbed in or electricaly connected. "Had a lovely time at Benalbeach apartments. Property was a little dated but clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing. Only down side was the ‘deposit’ policy. They took €100 on arrival but two days after returning I still haven’t got it back!"
