"Great"

"First night there a wood piece holding the light beside the bed fell off the wall & multiple cockroaches were in the bathroom. I went to the office to let them know & asked for it to be sprayed. We were there for 4 nights & no one came to fix the wooden piece or spray the room. No maid ever even knocked on our door much less provided any kind of service. I asked for clean towels & was told I had to take towels to the laundry room to exchange for clean ones. There were kids riding dirt bikes in...

"Upon checking out, I was charged an improper safe use fee, and I never received my incidental deposit back. I reached out to the hotel and they were hostile and not willing to help. The front desk said they would email me a receipt , but never did. A terrible experience."

"The hotel is dated and run down and has the overall feel of depression. The kitchenette is not stocked, you have to ask for plates etc and any pots, toaster, dish rack, it is limited what they have. There is no kettle, you will have to boil water on the stove. The breakfast is just instant oats, coffee, tea that tastes like coffee, cereal bars and hot chocolate....not much. It is maybe a 2 star hotel that definitely needs a face lift."

"The staff was great!! They were pleasant and helpful and allowed me to check in early when I called. The hotel needs a serious facelift/remodel. We got a “corner pocket” room which felt cramped more than anything. Staff 10/10…. Hotel its self… 1/10….."

"Staff very helpful. Room clean, with full kitchen. Quiet"

"The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly."

"This was the absolute worst hotel and staff I have ever encountered in my life"
