"The room was basic but clean. Free parking. The Continental breakfast was extremely basic. The hotel is very close to the Caverns entrance which was great. The downside was the lack of places to eat. The small restaurant only served until 3 pm and breakfast was only until 10 am so if you wanted to take your time getting to a meal you were out of luck. The pool was nice and provided some good shade if you wanted to get out of the sun. The staff was nice but didn't volunteer any extra info...

"The property stank when we arrived. It looked clean enough, but even the room had dryer sheets stuffed in the AC vents. It smelled like sewer. We had to purchase air fresheners ourself. The outside door did not work well with the card. It took several tries to open it. Then, our room was just above this door and it slammed everytime someone went in and out. The phone didn't work. The refrigerator also didn't work. Not once during our 3 night stay did housekeeping show up. When we left, we tried...

"The lady at the desk when we checked in was very kind. Wish there was in room coffee as we checked out at 5am and breakfast was 6am. The conditioner in the shower was empty, but we all slept very comfortable and a/c was cold. Good stay over all just to sleep."

"Our family room for six people had three queen beds (instead of two queens and a sofa that converts into an uncomfortable bed for two very small people), a spacious mini refrigerator and microwave, plenty of clean towels, beautiful landscape canvas prints on the wall, and everything clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed the hot and abundant breakfast. We'd be glad to stay here again!"

"The restaurant bar was amazing and great service by workers Charlie and his crew the front desk employees not so great no smiles no welcoming everyone that I met while on my stay they definitely need to be retrained the hotel is very appealing they should be more welcoming when guests arrive and have questions. Other then the front desk staff everything was amazing will go again will."
