"The property needs a bit of a cleanup. They are doing renovations so that could be why it didn’t look the best. The room was ok, could definitely been a bit cleaner. The worst was the stairway to get to the room smelled awful & the rug was very dirty. The staff we interacted with were very polite."

"On the second night of our stay, when the hot water was turned on, the water was a light brown color. The morning we were leaving, the hot water was fine. The sink had a horrible smell throughout our stay. The breakfast was the best part of our stay (food was hot, lots on variety, etc)."

"2nd Holiday Inn Express I’ve steyed in this year. I’m fairly confident these building were previously old-age facilities (or possibly hospice centers), as our entire room, including but not limited to the bathroom, had handrails along each wall. Additionally, the bathroom drain was outside the shower in the center of the bathroom floor. This ensured that after you showered, the entire bathroom floor would be flooded and likely run out into the hallway and bedroom area. I’m also dumbfounded as...

"This is an older motel. No elevators. Rooms need updating, but we’re clean and the AC was ice cold. Pool area looked nice, we didn’t use it, but others were. “Breakfast” wasn’t much. Bagels, muffins and bread for toasting. Coffee machine, juice machine, and fresh apples. Ice machine in the lobby was good. Large parking lot."
