"The pros in this hotel: room was clean,the price was good, good customer service. Did not like the room that was given @ check in because it had a door acces to another room. Went back to office the lady @ desk was super nice and switched the room without problem. Stores and restaurants conveniently located. The cons: the hotel is in the process of renovation so it looks very run down, the pillows were terrible. One of the beds was squeke. Only two regular size flat pillows on each bed. Good thing I brought with me my two fluffy pillows. the bathtub was really dirty. It looks like it has not been cleaned for months. The bathroom door would not close properly. It had to be forced to close it. No coffee maker or coffee. Of course no breakfast included. The location of the hotel can be somewhat noisy because it's on main road where there's alot of traffic and ambulance sirens. Overall me and my husband were able to sleep well without any problem. For the price of the hotel can't expect much "

"Do not stay or book here. Everything went wrong. Our room had no lock on the inside, bugs were crawling everywhere, our blankets were stained, the toilet seat cover was too small for the hole and cracked. We could not stay here and had to go else where. They also refused to refund me. "
