"With the historic of the building it was a great place to stay. Quite place to stay. "

"The property lacked photos of all the rooms in the house. The space was very open and had some dirt and such from a recent remodel. The upstairs did not have working A/C and was very hot compared to the downstairs. There were some windows in the bedrooms that were breaking and not completely closing. The listing’s pictures do not disclose the true state of the vrbo. And the communication with check-in instructions were not provided until after the check-in time."

"Don’t book with this host. No communication, inaccurate messaging around check in and no communication on the day of check-in. Took 2 hours to get in contact, thanks to Vrbo Customer Support. Host tells me he’s double booked, wants to call me directly and set me up with one of his other properties. I declined his bait & switch, he got hostile and hung up on myself and support. Thankfully, I got my refund."

"I spent 15 nights while visiting family in the area. The location was perfect for what I was doing and where I was going. I had a parking space at my daughter’s building so I can’t comment on parking. I walked Broadway Street to and from Third Ward and downtown multiple times of day and night and always felt safe. The Public Market is a block away as well as multiple restaurants and cocktail bars. The is no real grocery store near by but the market has a good supply of meats fish veggies and...
