"The girl at the front desk was very rude."

"The partition doors on the second floor make big noise that could wake up anyone at night. and the microwave did not work.price not cheap. The parking was good."

"I chose this hotel because breakfast was advertised as included, and I was counting on eating there while working in my room. That was the reason I booked it. I was extremely disappointed to find only coffee, muffins, and hot water. That was not the full breakfast I expected when I made the reservation. I had to interrupt my work, go out to find food, and spend extra time, gas, and money. I also lost time trying to get the issue resolved. The employee who helped me was kind, but that does not...

"I feel the bathroom and the rooms could have been cleaner. The privacy blinds are loud and the door as well. Many people are very inconsiderate. Talking loudly at 1 in the morning, while others are sleeping. If you have a bed near the window you are going to hear the people at the several bars near the hostel. Toilets flush hard. You can hear it in the dorm."

"They charged me $50 to 100 for a towel that I cleaned up soda with. Saying there were multiple and there were not. It's called us a washing machine and wash it. There was also blood on lamp I should have reported and did not wish I had. I have stayed at many hotels and never had this issue. The room smellebad. Don't dirty a towel if you stay there"

"Very nice! Everyone was very kind and helpful and it’s close to both the bus station and green line tram. Only note is that there aren’t many gluten free breakfast options."

"Ich war 09 Tage dort und sehr zufrieden."
