"It was a very decent stay with all that i need."

"room was clean an fresh, excellent staff great customer service. Kitchen and parking was great"

"I booked a King ADA suite. When I arrived they handed me a key card. The room was a double queen suite. When I went back to the front desk to inform the lady we were in the wrong room, she told me that the King Suite ADA was double booked. That Expedia overrode their system and it's Expedias fault. I needed the ADA room and was shown little to no disregard for the fact I had a reservation for one."

"### ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 Stars – Disappointing Stay, Room Needs Maintenance My overall stay was average at best. While the hotel had some positives, several issues made the experience less enjoyable than expected. The food was bland and lacked flavor. The shower experience was horrible, and the bathroom clearly needed maintenance. The main bathtub faucet was hanging out of the wall, and the bottom portion of the bathroom door was falling apart. These are things that should have been addressed before...

"First I'll say that Pat tried her best to help and is the only reason the staff rating was as high as I gave it. I stayed for 5 nights. The 1st 3 in room 220. A burned out light, pressure in the sink was too high and splashed me. Worst was the toilet thatdidn't flush. I has to reach into the tank and flush it manually. Maintenance "fixed" it the first day by bending the flush arm instead of replacing it. It "worked for less than a day. They couldn't move me since they were full until the 3rd...

"We didn't even stay he said he had no rooms even though I got the room online, he still stated there was no rooms. When I could plainly see the top and bottom level in the front side was empty. They charge $50 for a deposit that you get back, if you use a card that's 5-7 business days. I will not be back at this place. Most of his rooms have something wrong with them anyway & it's an act of congress to get anything done!"

"Breakfast was pretty poor. The gravy was all gone, the biscuits were hard as a rock. We had to ask for more yogurt. Only one staff person so she was checking people out and trying to keep up with the breakfast."

"Staff was friendly but the property was infested with roaches I noticed they had bait traps out for them so I believe they are trying to get rid of them but my first room I seen about ten of the in like the first minute so I switch rooms but it was the same in that room hopefully they can get the bugs under control soon"

"The free breakfast was appreciated, although the variety of options was limited. At check-in, the staff seemed uncertain if our reservation was for one or two-night stay ( it was for one, I hope my bill is for one). They also shared concerns about third-party booking services, which made me feel that Expedia reservations may not receive the same level of attention. I had requested an early check-in because I was attending Military Appreciation Day at the Troy University football game. Despite...

"The picnic area wasn't the best cleaned up or anything cut or anything in the pool have leaves and don't floating all over them"
