"Customer service has been phenomenal. I have been working remote for 5 years and visiting different places and this is my favorite by far. The staff helped me find the place since I traveled an hour from San Juan, PR. When I come back to this area, I’ll definitely be back here!"

"When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here."

The condo was in a good location, within a few minutes of the marina and 30 minutes of the rainforest, and 20-25 minutes of Luquillo and Seven Seas Beach, which were beautiful beaches to see. "The overall property was great and comfortable but be mindful of the potholes going into the property especially if you have low sitting cars. Area is not too far from food locations and other retailer’s "

"The team from Expedia should really go see this place before offering it to the Expedia customers. We depend on you and trust that you have done your part before booking your clients. The place is semi abandoned with two out of the four buildings boarded up and broken windows and the place really needs a good cleaning and painting,new roof, power washing exterior and so on. "I just checked out today. Dissatisfied with Expedia stars on this property since that’s the way most of us choose. This property can’t be above 4 ever. I arrived to an unit of two bedroom with bathroom and informed one of the showers wasn’t working and won’t be fixed . The place is really run down and need attention. The bathroom that was broken even if it wasn’t I would have allowed my daughter to use it. We found sand in her sheets but arrived late at night so slept over the sheets to be safe....
