"We enjoyed our stay-the bonus of a balcony & view was nice.The Quality Hotel staff that we met were all very friendly and welcoming. When we mentioned a plumbing issue they were happy to be made aware it and went to address it immediately. The room was unique, in a positive way. The one negative might be that much of the structure seemed outdated/aging (Honestly, some putty, paint, screening, rust remover, etc would really make a huge difference, especially for a longer stay.) "

The staff was super friendly, and it was in a great location - nice and quiet away from the busy touristy area but still walking distance to a few attractions and close to the parks. The wego stoops very close to the hotel which was convenient. The hotel is older and in need of updating and repairs, but good for the $$. The breakfast was ok. The shower was tiny, but our room was bigger than we thought. Overall a great stay!"

"1. I loved the outdoor swimming pool. It was on the larger size compared to most in Niagara falls area. It had a real deep end of 11 feet, and the water was just cool enough to be refreshing on a hot sweltering summer day and not chlorine smelling as found in most other swimming pools. 2. The breakfast buffet was appetisingly amazing. It featured a hot breakfast of delicious mini sausages with fried potatoes and unfortunately powdery looking scrambled egg food that I didn't try. 3. "Facility was clean, convenient to falls and Lundy’s Lane. We did have a family issue to get back sooner for, spoke to desk personnel who told us early checkout would not result in refund secondary to Expedia policy. I spoke to Expedia who called to have the charge for the day we were leaving early returned to us. The facility declined to honor expedias request. "

The hotel is a good base for all of your Niagara Falls exploring and is literally a short walk from all the fun at Clifton Hill. So many shops and restaurants nearby.
