"The hotel seems to operate from Rome. While I have had regular contact via WhatsApp in business hours, which has been helpful, I have seen no receptionist in 4 days, and the reception desk looks messy. The cleaner is the only person here, and she is friendly but gets overwhelmed by questions from frustrated guests, understandably. On arrival there was no electricity. This took 24 hours to fix. I was given the wrong room number. I had to make two phone calls to Rome for the correct information....

"Staff was great. We had to be moved since we originally did not get the room we reserved. The room was tiny. You could just walk around the beds. The shower was tiny, barely able to turn around. The website said it it had an elevator, it did not. Renovation was underway way that left an adhesive smell in the air. Location near the rail terminal was convenient with great restaurants and shopping near by."

"We checked in and checked for bedbugs. Didn't see any at the time. Went out for supper and the people in the room next door came out showing us bedbugs that they found in their room. We weren't able to get in contact with the owners. After seeing this, we left and booked another hotel room for a lot more, at 11:00 pm, and took us 40 minutes to walk. I don't recommend this to anyone."

"The front desk staff were excellent—very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is also in a great location: central, convenient, and feels safe at all times. The lobby is nice and well air-conditioned. However, there were some significant issues during our stay. There is no elevator, and our room was on the third floor, which became difficult in extreme heat.
