"For the price point it was fine. Clean. Comfortable bed. Only complaint is AC unit needs to be stronger. I was on 3rd floor and it was hit due to heat rising. If I were to rebook I’d book a room on ground floor. Otherwise I was satisfied. Price point delivered. "

"Such a friendly welcome at check in! Told us all about the property and the area around it, could not have been a better check in experience. We had a "cottage" room on the ground floor with a kitchenette. The room was spacious and clean. Our room was near the downstairs bar, but the room door was 100% soundproof, and when it was closed, we heard NOTHING. We loved it!"

"Very cute room. Great AC. I didn't take into consideration carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs. I wish they had groomed the seaweed off the beach. But, looking at the other hotels they did not as well. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend."

"The location on Southern Duval is great! The porch for people watching was spacious and comfortable. Location is far enough from loud, hustle and bustle of bars but a short 10-15 minute walk to Sloppy Joe's and 20 mins to Mallory Square. Apartment was spacious and had a nice setup, needs a deep clean and maybe some paint refreshSquare. "

"We really like the boat. This was our first time experiencing this. What was nice was enjoying the slight rocking motion of the boat. Great views of the inlet. Everything was clean and Steve was very helpful at explaining everything about the boat. We didn't cook anything on the boat but used the grill on the dock to heat up leftovers. It was a nice. Oh Steve, one last question, while drinking coffee one morning in the galley, we were wondering how you got the full size refrigerator in there?...

"This property is so close to everything including a bike rental and a fabulous cuban coffee shop. We enjoyed the pool for morning aerobics. It was in the shade and very peaceful. The property managers are super nice and helpful people who care about the property"
