"We were a late arrival and the hotel was very accommodating. The transportation to and from the airport was great although we learned that you need to call them when you arrive late at night. The shuttle does not run automatically. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. I would stay here again. "

"The only thing that made me not like my stay was that the elevator was broke down the entire time I was there and I booked 2 rooms and they were so far apart i did not like it. I mean booking two rooms usually means you want your rooms to be close together and not be one on the second floor and the one on the lowest level they have. "

"The people are staff at the extended. Stay facility facility were very cordial and extremely helpful and made me feel right at home. The one suggestion I would like to give is to see a trash can in the bathroom so that I could place my used feminine products in a trash can in the bathroom VS having to wrap it in tolietpaper and then discarding in the only trash can that was in the room that was in the cabinet under the kitchen sink."

"Negatives: No shampoo or conditioner in room. Took two visits to the desk to get some. Shuttle to airport advertised as running from 4am on but shuttles are 40 minutes apart (airport is 5 minutes away). Unlike many other airport hotels, there were no "to go" breakfast items if depart before 6. Positives: Staff was pleasant, room was clean, parking a great value."

"The staff was great! The room was clean and good size. The only down side was that it had a swimming pool and thats why we booked it. When we arrived we seen they had a pool but it was coverd up. So i asked about it. They said there is a pool but it was from the previous owner of the hotel. They need not to list they have a pool if they plan on not using it. I was so excited when we booked this hotel because it had a pool so that was the down side of it. "

"Spent the night when traveling. Clean, well maintained hotel with better than average breakfast. Very quite and just off of the highway. We would definitely stay there again."

"average place to stay and you get what you pay for. Was very close to Historic St. charles main street and centrally located to anything you really wanted to do. Back entry way kept unlocked so anyone could just slip in. Could use upgrading to facilities . Was there for a concert. Not horrible but not great and again was located close to everything being the only plus. "
