"We only stayed one night and this was not a destination for us; it was fairly close to the airport. That said, I felt favorably toward this hotel. The room wasn't very big, but the neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the local vibe when we took a walk. We went over 1km looking for a restaurant but ended up eating at Taverna Fontana (I highly recommend this restaurant!). The bathroom was big enough and functional, and the bed was mediocre. For an airport-related stay, I was happy with the room...
"This hotel kept our money and still hasn’t refunded us. We booked through Expedia and when we called to let them know that we were there to stay with them they said they didn’t have room for us , we’re trying to get our money back. They are not responding to us or to Expedia’s emails. All we want was a refund, terrible terrible customer service do not stay at this Hotel"
"change of property upon arrival. But went from shared bathroom to private bathroom for same price. Both properties are centrally located and are decently priced. Refrigerator was weak. A bed reading light bulb was missing and the shower arm could not be raised. But the overall experience was great and right for the price. Will recommend to other low-budget travelers. Staff was very helpful, considerate and pleasant."
