"Whenever we visit Buffalo our first choice to stay has been Country Inn & Suites. This time we repeatedly had issues with the Door Key .. several times we needed to have the keys re-programmed as it would fail to open the door."

"The staff was great! The property was clean and in a convenient location along with many shopping and restaurants nearby. The thing I did not like about my stay there was the noise as the walls are thin and you can basically hear everything next to you and on top of you. The doors closing are very loud also. People do not have the consideration to close their door slowly which we did and it makes a big difference when people are resting and it is late. Thank you, Manuel Santiago "

"Desk attendants were very nice and the rooms were fine, understanding that the hotel is going through renovations/construction and conversion to be a Hilton. Breakfasts are pretty minimal as far as selection, but better than nothing. The hotel housed several people that were displaced by a fire and lost their home. That impressed me greatly that someone involved had a heart."

"My fiance and i stayed here to visit Niagra Falls. Location was set away from road so it was very quiet. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Nice breakfast with sausage, eggs and waffles. Warm indoor pool with a really nice hot tub. The room was clean had soap, shampoo and conditioner availavle. Had a fridge in the room but no microwave, however access to 24/7 dining room if needed. Great experience, we would stay again! Lots of restaurants and a fun pool hall/bar down the street!"
