"Treadmill not working needed wax, room clean, desk in room showing a lot of wear, paint spatters on floor. Ants on floor in bathroom. Bed comfortable. Had water dripping from ceiling fan in bathroom from room above (I was in 122) I reported it to desk on checkout. Hallway cluttered with laundry baskets. Breakfast buffet not well stocked. Basically the place needs updating, carpet dirty. Parking lot icy"

"We checked in when it seemed the entire hotel was checking in though staff remained pleasant and kind and didn’t show that they were likely overwhelmed. The location was very easy to get to with ample parking. The water slide was a hit!!! Bathrooms in the rooms are very small though the beds were comfortable. We were unfortunately not able to eat breakfast or receive breakfast to go as we needed to be out of the hotel prior to breakfast time at 0700 for a tournament. It would have been nice to...

"Preis-/Leistung ok. Shuttle-Abholung an Mall of America - obwohl vereinbart - hat nicht funktioniert. Musste selbst von Mall zum Airport fahren. Unterkunft, insbesondere das Bad, sollte renoviert werden "

"Found a pink pill on the bottom of the coffee holder. I have 3 children under the age of 5 that could have found it. Other than that the staff were courteous and welcoming which is always a plus to me. Double check rooms though after cleaning."

"I can’t say enough bad about this hotel. I have never felt less safe. Had to use the service elevator, which puts you in a scary unmonitored hallway. Pubic hair all over the bed. We left. "

"The staff was super helpful and accommodating! There was a huge snowstorm coming in, and they made last-minute changes for me without question. They even gave us a late check-out since we had a gap between basketball games. I would definitely stay here again!"

The building itself had a lot of sketchy people and the whole floor smelt like drugs. It is not a safe environment for families. It was a major waste of time and money. "
