"Great location, very handy to the Overground and a lot of buses. My room was windowless, which I knew when I was booking and was fine with. It meant using the aircon a lot, which is fine in theory but it was a pretty noisy system. Otherwise though - clean & convenient. Would stay again"

"I liked how there was someone there 24/7, i love how every day there was cleaners that gave a quick wipe down in the bathroom and sweep of floor. The beds where spacious and comfortable especially as a bigger size female and alot of space in the room to store suitcases and bags under bed with small table and mirror in the room. The shower was excellent as you're able to turn it on and adjust the heating and shower head. There are some power sockets in the room I was staying there was two point...

Rooms are small but perfectly clean and adequate for short stays allowing easy access to everything London has to offer from theatre, galleries,museums and sightseeing. Would recommend."

"The men on reception were very helpful both gave me directions to local facilities and one obtained a hair dryer for me to use. The room was comfortable and clean and I slept well. It wasn't a problem for me as I had enough , however a couple may find a single pillow each not enough. Toiletries were lovely and I liked the fact it was not carpet flooring - so much cleaner."

"This is a hidden gem and the staff was extra generous and helpful to me in a tough situation, although beware that there is no entry after dark or very late check-ins as this is more of a family hotel.
