"1 night business stay. The property is an older property with creaky floorboards and a few stairs internally between various levels. The room was nicely presented and the bathroom had a large walk in shower, everything was very clean and comfortable. There was tea/coffee making facilities in the room and TV on the wall. "Nothing about this property was as pictured. I took photos of the space because it was so bad. The kitchenette was a minifridge and microwave unplugged in a closet. There was 1 towel. The couch was stained. It wasn't a studio as shown, it was ridiculous. We called Expedia, left within 20 minutes and stayed elsewhere. I should have known something was wrong when I didn't get any directions to get keys until I called them in the afternoon of check in day and they told me someone had damaged our...

"We felt that the room was not cleaned properly, we found hairs on the bedding and in the bathroom, more attention needed, the room was light and airy, basic provisions of fridge, shared bathroom although we didn’t see any other guests when we stayed."

"we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."
