"I'm very confused about the good reviews on this property, as my family had a VERY different experience. Everything was outdated, dingy, and musty- 40 year old throw pillows for example. And then worst of all, cockroaches!! One was crawling on the desk in our room. There was also mold in the showe. It was just overall filthy!! We all slept with our clothes on and wouldn’t even shower there!!! Disappointed to say the least."

"Watch your bill. They told us parking was $10 a night and then charged $30. When we called on it they then told us it was $10 a day and we were there two days. We had checked in at 11pm and left at 4am. They refund $6"

"Excellent valet service. One front desk attendant was friendly but the other couldn’t be bothered to stop reading her book and assist us. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean."

"Great place to stay"

"The TVs in the rooms being required to make you cast through the hotel’s WiFi with your phone is very flawed."
