"It was awful. check in at a kiosk in the lobby. The room entrances were exterior. While walking the sidewalk to the stairs we passed a few people who were obviously tenants not guest standing in their doorway smoking and drinking with the faint smell of pot. Upon entering the room on the second floor you could clearly tell someone had smoked in that room. There were ashes by the bed and what appeared to be dry blood on the curtain. The floor was sticky. The only thing I can say positive is the bathroom sink was new. We immediately checked out. As we checked out 2 police cars pulled in. I’m hoping we’ll get refunded for the other two nights that we didn’t stay there. But honestly if we don’t it was worth the move. "

"Everything is clean and they've been doing lots of updates throughout. The staff are extremely helpful & the customer service is great. The rooms are very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room nicely cool. They have breakfast if you want. They do sell some snacks and drinks behind the desk should you need. They have a luggage cart as well as an elevator. On site front load washer and dryer is also available as well as detergent and dryer sheets. I will definitely stay here again."
