"Front desk personnel were very friendly and very kind. Locked myself out twice, that’s right, and super nice helping me. The room was neat and clean but I put overall cleanliness at 4 because they are renovating and it showed. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast options. They did offer a hot breakfast, but the options were not always my favorite. But they did have some bagels and fruit I was able to eat instead. A huge bonus was having hardwood floors for the pet friendly rooms. It felt cleanier than carpeted pet friendly hotel rooms I have stayed in before. It also made cleaning up water/food spills very easy. "

"Room was extra big and roomy. It was clean and the king bed was super comfy with soft sheets. The only problem was drips of water coming down the doorframe from the floor above. We notified staff when we left."

"Hotel appears to be in renovation but needs a little more. The outside door doesn’t seem to close and the elevator needs updating. The front desk lady was a little curt but the room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I would give it a seven. With the improvements, it could be a ten!"
