"The desk lady was very nice but the room was filthy. The first room has a crusty stain on the sheets. The second room had clean sheets (I think) but it was still very dirty it felt sticky. The towels were stained and looked more like cleaning rags than guest towels and the wall near the bed had mystery smudges and it looked like there was black mold in the bathroom. After being home for two days I still had the stale smell of the room on my clothes."

"Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. Then taking care of the next person offering snacks at check in and basically giving me the cold shoulder while I wait. Everyone has a bad day but if I’m not giving you attitude for my wait I don’t accept attitude for your seemingly incompetence!"

"The staff is very nice and the common areas are very well maintained. The laundry in vending machines are useful. The rooms need a real deep cleaning. Buildup of dust and grime in every corner and crevice. Overall, not bad for the price."

"Very clean room. Had self check-in. Quiet area not to much traffic. Will definitely visit again !"

"We always stay at Hampton Inn when we come in town"

"Liked that there was housekeeping daily. Furniture and counters , floors updated but shower and walls need gutted. Room smelled musty and the ppl that had rooms there are up all over the complex yelling and smoking and drinking all night. Really needs quiet time enforced"

"We did a one night stay visiting my daughter in college. It was a nice area food places everywhere. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The room clean as well as the bathrooms. We only needed more towels. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"Nice"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! This Quality Inn is considerably under the standards, in all areas, of other hotels in the chain. The management was totally uncooperative in allowing us to make any changes in the reservation, although they had to power to do so according to Expedia. AVOID THIS HOTEL!"

"This is relaxation at its best"
