"My mom and I really enjoyed our 2 day stay at Alla Fava hotel in Venice. Our flights were severely delayed and we ended up landing in Venice around 1am. After getting a taxi + water taxi out to the Rialto bridge, we found the hotel with little difficulty and used the code to let ourselves in. "I booked a room at the Adua Hotel, however upon arrival after numerous phone calls, we were finally escorted to the neighboring building along with another couple who arrived at the same time. That building was not well maintained nor attached to the main hotel. The water from the sink in the room drained onto the floor!!!! (There was a piece of tape on the wall that said it was broken.) The room was hot but the attendant did not offer to turn on the AC. We opened the door to the courtyard and...

"Cute boutique style hotel. Spacious rooms with eccentric decor. Throwback to the 1960’s/70’s. Bathrooms are small but worked fine overall. Quiet are away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Great restaurants around the property and a 20 min easy walk, with some bridge stairs, to St. Marks square. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but it’s a continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. "
