"Do not stay here. They will not clean your room, will force you to plunge the last guest's feces. The phones dont work so they will force disabled guests to come all the way down over and over for help. They will not refund your money or give you a different room. There is no complimentary breakfast. It is an independent franchise so going to corporate will do absolutely nothing. Steer clear."

"The motel is extremely run down. When clean sheets were requested, the answer was, "not until tomorrow" ? Very loud parties in the parking lot each night. Transient people and drug sales present in parking lots."

"Clean and comfy"

"the staff was wonderful!!!! 5+ stars. The facility is outdated and shabby. Towels were thin, Rusty water comes out of the shower initially. Lightbulbs missing. Noisy AC/Heating unit. Would never stay here again despite a great location"

"It was very peaceful. The rooms were clean, staff were well knowledgeable, and it was nice and quiet. My only suggestion would be to have more hand soap. One for the sink and one for the shower."

"La habitación estaba limpia. La zona está llena de personas sin hogar y se siente muy insegura. Falta mucho mantenimiento a los muebles y al baño. No hay secadora de cabello. Por la noche se escucha mucho ruido del exterior y de los cuartos vecinos."

"Rooms were nice and clean staff was nice"

"Really enjoyed my stay here. They have a huge variety of snacks they give you at the lobby, staff was very helpful, room comes equipped with full size refrigerator and also with your own washer and dryer machine! Can't beat that for the price of they're asking! Very impressed."

"Room was basic but clean. Shower door did not stay shut and kept rolling open so had to use my foot to keep from water making mess on floor. Quite a bit of construction in the area so can be loud"

"First room had one bed, reservation was for 2, smelled heavily of Marijuana, and was dirty. Went to get this corrected and the front desk person explained that she got my reservation mixed up with another one because she was having a prior conversation. Second room has 2 beds and smelled not as strongly. Sheets were dirty. Didn't look at anything else. 3rd try, two beds. Dirty sheets, one set of towels, sink, toilet, tub, every surface in that room was dirty. Even after buying my own cleaning...

"The staff we interacted with were very friendly. However, we could tell just by walking to the elevator, and down the hallway to our that the establishment wasn’t very clean. Our bathroom had caked-up dust and dirt in the corner and some grime and hair (and I’ll spare the details…)on the floor. The sink drain also had hair in it. There was dust on surfaces, etc. The only positive thing I could say about the room is that the bed was made, and I liked having a mini fridge and microwave. I would...

"The staff are very rude bed bugs, roaches everywhere I went there for my reservation asked to see my room and left."
