"Quintessential ski lodging. Room was clean and well appointed. Lobby a little small, but Carol went out of her way to help us find a place to play cards after we were in for the day. All front desk staff, but especially Carol were lovely. "

"The room was excellent -- spacious and well-appointed. Very comfortable beds. Spotless bathroom. Common areas were spacious and well-maintained. Full breakfast in the morning was also a plus! Conveniently located less than 1 mile from I-89 and only 20 minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort. "

"One of the big attractions here is the food, a real breakfast and even an afternoon snack the day you arrive. The room was lovely and the staff was courteous. I have stayed here before and will stay here again I am sure."

"Very clean, charming place, kind staff, organic options for the continental breakfast. Easy access to Sugarbush and Mad River Glen skiing. Great room is comfy for reading and relaxing. Very close to a restaurant that has great food and is reasonable. Will stay again."
