"Fantastic, clean, friendly hotel with brilliant, helpful staff."

"The property has great location, wonderful views. The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always. The playground was closed and it was upsetting being one of the reasons why we choose it there, but the pool was great! I think it’s a great...

"Shooooooow, mto bom "

"Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Perfect location"

"Staff was good room was below average , sink, air conditioning, bed"

"O local é bom, atende as necessidades.

"Excelente. "

"My employee stayed and loved the placs"

" I had a great stay at Forno Guesthouse. The room was clean and modern. The view from my pool view room was spectacular. I have stayed at several places in Buzios over the past two years. So far, for me, Forno is the best location, and I plan to stay there again because of the scenery, its proximity to the beach and City Center, and the property manager, Filipe, who understands how important customer satisfaction is. As a New Yorker, customer satisfaction is very important to me. Filipe, thank...

"Best location ! Super friendly staff. Great stay !!"

"Very clean rooms and shared area. Helpful and friendly staff."

"Estadia maravilhosa. Funcionários atenciosos."

"Rooms were ok, beds not super comfortable but lockers quite big - some of them weren’t working tho. Breakfast was awesome, buffet style with lots to choose from. The ladies running the breakfast and cleaning is lovely, so sweet and trying their best to communicate through google translate. The lady in the reception is not very nice and was being rude to me during my stay, for absolutely no reason. She doesn’t speak a word of English either so really hard to communicate - I know English is rare...

"Quiet area nice people "

"Great people, good room, very close to the beach"
