"Great location, and very quiet"

"Loved the quiet clean room with great bed. Shame the coffee machines were always not working properly whilst we were there."

"Room was always clean and staff were super friendly with a smile on their faces. Helpful with answers and tell you ahead of time for self service. Although it is slightly bit of a walk to some sightseeing"

"Beautiful property."

"Authentic old Venetian hotel before there were chains. I loved the breakfast room right on the canal with the boats zooming by and the sun streaming in through the lead glass windows."

"The front desk staff was helpful when they were there. Do not expect a late check in unless you specify it first. If something happens and you arrive later than planned (like we did) you will receive NO assistance. I left my phone on a train in Florence on our way to Pisa tower. Luckily I did get the phone back -the $ that was with it. But grateful to have my way to connect with my accommodations back. When I did the check in online earlier I received a letter telling me if I needed anything...

"Nice boutique hotel in a great location and staffs are very helpful especially the front desk. She's awesome. Pretty decent breakfast but it gets very crowded so I had to wait like 10 minutes or so. Other than that it was wonderful. Definitely recommend it to everyone."

"La stanza era pulita e calda. Personale accogliente e buona colazione"

Trotzdem ganz okay. Danke"

"Great accommodations at a convenient location to Venice’s sights. A nice quiet street with immediate access to a lovely breakfast spot on the corner and a wonderful plaza."

"Personale gentilissimo e disponibile"

"Fajne miejsce.
