"Great location, and very quiet"

"Mal trato , sucio , agua fría en la ducha , horrible "

"Loved the quiet clean room with great bed. Shame the coffee machines were always not working properly whilst we were there."

"Everything was good except the room was directly about a bar and this meant it was noisy late in the evenings"

"It is a 10 minute walk from Venice Train Station in the center of city Reception is courteous and practical Single room, medium size clean, clean bathroom. I would recommend this hotel"

"Room was always clean and staff were super friendly with a smile on their faces. Helpful with answers and tell you ahead of time for self service. Although it is slightly bit of a walk to some sightseeing"

"Not even a hotel - we were told they couldn’t honour our booking so sent us to hotel San Giorgio, we did not revive check in information so could not check in. There were mouldy cups throughout the whole place, the entire hotel seemed abandoned. There was no staff on site and no staff to call, the owner is in Rome and will not help. We had to leave and pay for a...

"Beautiful property."

"Authentic old Venetian hotel before there were chains. I loved the breakfast room right on the canal with the boats zooming by and the sun streaming in through the lead glass windows."

"The front desk staff was helpful when they were there. Do not expect a late check in unless you specify it first. If something happens and you arrive later than planned (like we did) you will receive NO assistance. I left my phone on a train in Florence on our way to Pisa tower. Luckily I did get the phone back -the $ that was with it. But grateful to have my way to connect with my accommodations back. When I did the check in online earlier I received a letter telling me if I needed anything...

"The hotel was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood off of a charming piazza! The property was quaint and decorated with historic paintings, furniture and decor. Room was clean, the ac sometimes did not work. Breakfast was basic but delicious."
