"Clean rooms, good location, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice cafe. An excellent bar downstairs with great vibes!"

"Great view of the river"

"Not many good things about this hotel, no place to drop bags off before/after check in/out. Private shower was wet like someone had used it two hours before we checked in. Poor amenities and there is barely any floor space in the room"

"Once I finished the booking I asked for more bed covers , two days latter once arrived in the Hotel the staff refused to help! They told me that the heating was on. Therefore I went to the room minutes later I went to the reception spoke to the staff again he refused to give me more bed covers the room was freezing the heating not working. He the staff turn up on the door check and said that, He will go and put the heath on never got back again it was an horrible experience honest not lying...

"Bereits unser 3.

"It was a gret location, loads of restaurants and shops nearby, great vibe and not noisy. Staff were really helpful"

"This was a very disappointing stay. Firstly I paid 39 pound to check in early, this was not ready in time. I had blood stained sheets in various spots. In addition white stains all over the blue pillows. I welcomed the staff to come and collect them. They said I needed to arrange a time. In my opinion they should come and collect them without having to arrange a time. In addition, a constant smell of cigarettes flows throughout the building."
