"The front door was locked and you needed a room key to get in, which I obviously didn’t have since I was trying to check in. There was a doorbell and staff finally let me in, but it was bothersome. Ran out of everything on the breakfast buffet, even coffee. "

"I picked this hotel because of the free parking that was readily available. They use a parking towel underneath the building. Very very soft bed. Doesn't exactly look as advertised but it's still good though job. When in Portland always lock your vehicles that goes for any hotel. Also if you're checking in late you have to call ahead to arrange someone to be at the desk. Overall trip was very comfortable. "
