"The process of getting in the Hotel / access was not great. It was not clear as to where you would receive the details to get the access codes for entering the building. You would think that it would be via Expedia, but its to your email. I had to call late afternoon as i did not receive the details and luckily upon calling a staff member he was able to forward me an email with details. Once you had the details the process was simple.
