"It’s a basic hotel. We got in town late and left in the morning so it served its purpose. The TV in our room didn’t work and it looked a little run down but it was clean and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was good. If you just need a place to rest your head this place will do. The staff were great and very friendly."

"The breakfast was lack luster, only very few pastries, cereal and bread (but no plain bread, all had seeds and my kids wouldn't eat them). Our room had sooo many tiny ants crawling all over my (empty) coolers. When I asked the front desk for assistance with it they gave me an insect spray to spray around the room which killed some ants, but then I had ant caucuses in the room (that housekeeping did not clean up the next day). The beds were basically fold away beds so were not very comfortable....

"Highly recommend! This hotel is a tiny bit dated but otherwise the best hotel I’ve stayed at this year. We stay at hotels at least 6-8 times a year between my kids different competitions and will be recommending this hotel to anyone staying in Peterborough. Staff were great, pool was heated, hot tub was actually hot. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Appreciated the free breakfast that had early hours so I could actually use it. "I was trying to book a room in Oshawa and somehow booked one in Lindsey the staff at the hotel were no help and the staff at Expedia were no help in me getting a refund or switching my booking to a hotel in Oshawa very poor service as far as I'm concerned I will never recommend either Expedia or travel lodge to anyone "
