"I’m not sure why I did not know that I would have a shared bathroom, but it was never cleaned and wish I knew this was the case. The place is very old and a little scary, but the staff there are super friendly and helpful. It’s like a hostel where people live there… full time? Maybe halfway house?"

"Signs easy to follow. Parking on site, quiet at night. Private bathrooms, towel, clean everywhere. Free self service kitchen, all kind of food for breakfast. Hot drinks and i actually could take a good night during my business trip! "

"The property is very conveniently located to allow great access to all the Cambridge sights. The room was lovely and well-appointed with teas, coffee and even hot chocolate. The property is beautiful and allows for great walks in their green space. The staff were definitely helpful though sometimes with a slightly detached attitude. That is the only criticism I would have. "

"Is a good place but those sheets I was hitching there in the night. I wouldn’t trust those sheets on the bed . Privacy zero it’s a hostel what you expect . Receptionist where great but the facilities look broken and hold it’s a fast and convenient place for just 1 night, if you spend more than that it becomes a depressive place . I don’t really know how people live there for months . "

"Very close to A127 which is handy but it can also be noisy though not the Hotel's fault.Very close to large Retail Park (Pipps Hill) which is useful for food. Guests need to be reminded of the need not to slam doors at any time particularly at night, slightly annoying that parents allow their children to run around in the dining area. O therwise accomodation suitable for my needs. "

"You are not allowed a room key if you are staying one night did not say why this meaning they were expecting you to leave your door open if you wanted to go out and there is access off the street to the room so not secure. They are not expecting you and if the bar is busy you will have to wait to get your room parking is limited was full when I got there."

"We spent 1 night. Had a nice clean room plenty of space and en-suite bathroom. Easy access in and out of the property using codes for doors. So we could come and go as we please with a member on site to contact by telephone for support. Cheap but very clean. Would stay again "

"I arrived having had difficulty finding the property and was met by a incredibly helpful receptionist who bent over to make me feel welcome. I could not fault anything about my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean functional no frills place to stay in the area. I’ll be back when working in the area which I will be in 4 weeks time. "

"Excellent location for our day at Hatfield House. Only one drawback was that we had to enter our rooms via the fire escape which had 2 flights of metal stairs which was quite difficult in the rain carrying suitcases. Otherwise everything else was good. The staff were lovely and very professional."
