"Small box room with no extras. But was nice and clean and a good shower."

"First of all there wasn’t clear information about extra charges(£20 a night) of car park when I booked this hotel. Bathroom was very dirty."

"The stay was just okay, but definitely not worth the money paid. The accommodation was average and didn't meet my expectations for the price. It was fine for a short stay, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for good value for money."

"The staff was amazing Really impressed with the room and how big it was I came with my friends Very clean I would definitely stay there again"

"The shower didn’t work, I try to turn it on and the water sprays all over the walls and ceiling and the, no staff around to help"

"The room was very dirty. The building itself was not clean, and it looks abandoned. The place really had a bad smell. The bathroom was so dirty, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the bathroom was horrible, the place is absolutely shunk. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody also, they’ll make you check in at 2 PM and check out at 10 in the morning. Can you imagine like it’s it’s not something I would, or place I will go again?"

"Better than expected for the price. Nothing extraordinary however it was clean, felt secure and safe, the owners were attentive and made it clear to reach out if we needed anything. Shared bathroom wasn’t the nicest but it was pretty clean and did the job absolutely. Heating in the room so wasn’t cold. Good overall !"

"Our room was very nice and comfortable."

"Decent standard and convenient"

"中心部へのアクセス、部屋も綺麗で素晴らしかった。"

"Firstly the accommodation was very clean and modern, it allowed us the opportunity to experience city life and travel to MANCHESTER was very easy, However there seemed to be some administrative issues and communication wasn’t great. We didn’t hear from the venue until 3.25pm despite being able to access the rooms from 3pm. We had no access code and when asked were informed to wait until after 3pm, thankfully at 3.25 we were given the code. In addition, we paid for a superior city view...

"Booked a quadruple room but they down graded the room. If they want that flexibility they should by let you book it! Internet was a trip down memory lane - couldn’t even read the bbc website. Second Lift broken and first one was already broken do your walking 9 flights to reception and then the Reims go upwards from there. Car park £20. All in well below expectation for what is normally a good chain. If you book a type of room you get it end of."
