"Really great front desk staff. The young man who was a Chico state student was great 10/10. Room was not super clean & it was dated....but what can you expect? Definitely a budget hotel. You can walk to campus within 15 minutes, downtown in 5. Great location "

"My favorite vacation rental yet! Cheryl and Rodney live on the property and were so thoughtful and attentive to our every need. The huge yard was perfect for the kids to run and play, the house was beautiful and spacious, and the farm country feel was peaceful and relaxing. The beds were super comfortable, everything was clean and we had everything we could possibly need. It’s close to Biggs, Oroville and Chico without actually being in the cities.
