"Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator."

"Room was very pleasant. Bed soft and comfortable Price was reasonable especially for Napa .Free parking, microwave, frig.Good location we walked to Uptown Theater for a show It's about a mile each way "
