"Staff was polite and helpful, room was clean"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful to me. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nights are getting chilly and the heating system is working fine. Décor at the hotel is getting old. Flooring in the main entrance or I should say Lobby needs to be replaced."

Also, Expedia should be mad about the King room they're presenting as "only one left at this price". That room they gave me was directly in between the elevator and the pool. "I stayed for a work week going on 3rd week. King beds were nice and comfortable. Second floor room was better carpet, first was stained, elevator was broke."

Unfortunately, we were unable to get a refund, so we had to stay.I have traveled a lot professionally and this is the worst hotel I've ever experienced. Pictures are worth a thousand words, so I will upload a few. The desk people were rude and rarely even present. The maid didn't clean our room for 4 nights. We rarely saw a maid in the hotel !! This hotel is not an...
